- 1. Requirement AssessmentWe begin by understanding your operational fleet and spare parts requirements, preferred brand and type, specifications, application, quantity, and delivery destination.
- 2. Global SourcingOur procurement specialists at Silver Equipment source military vehicles through trusted surplus suppliers, and secure spare parts and components through reputable distributors and established industry partners in the US, UK and EU.
- 3. Technical VerificationEvery vehicle’s technical specifications are reviewed to ensure the configuration meets customer requirements, condition, and service history where available. Spare parts and components are selected based on the best available quality- whether aftermarket or replacement parts to meet customer requirements and budget.
- 4. Export DocumentationOur team coordinates End-User Certificate (EUC), export licensing, customs documentation, and all regulatory requirements before shipment.
- 5. Logistics & ShippingVehicles will be delivered either by containers or Ro-Ro, depending on rates and dimensions. And will be securely transported to the designated destination through trusted international freight partners. All parts and components are professionally packed and secured for international transit. Shipments are consolidated and delivered via containerized freight to ensure safety, maintain accurate inventory control, and prevent damage during delivery.
- 6. Delivery & SupportUpon delivery, we continue supporting customers with spare parts sourcing, technical assistance, refurbishment services, and long-term fleet support.
